Karbala company for fabrication of precast building Ltd. Is one of specialized major companies of producing prefabricated buildings, various pieces of concrete, ready mix concrete, and girders for bridges. Located in Karbala, south of Baghdad, in the distance of 100 km, on the main road (Karbala - Najaf) / industrial zone. Was established in (30/03/1992).



  • It constructed on an area (150000 Sq. meters).
  • It has several plants and departments:

Our company has obtained a certificate of quality Iraqi matching the International specification ISO (9001 / 2008) from (BM TRADA) and (VEXIL BPS MS). And have a certificate of (QUALITY KNIGHTS FESTIVAL) as a best Arab Company in Precast Building from UAE.

A. Precast concrete plant

  1. Ceiled products workshop: 6000 sq. meter contains (5) production lines.
  2. Reinforcement workshop: - For cutting & formatting steel according to design requirements and specification.
  3. Stores for finished products.

B. Ready concrete plant

  1. Three central batch plants: of capacity (100 cu. m /hr) with silos of (1750 tons) as total capacity for cement – storing.
  2. The screening and crushing of gravel dep.

C. Girders plants

Ceiled products workshop: 3200 sq. meter and it’s consists of:

  1. Line product for girders depth (1.36) m.
  2. Line product for girders depth (1.2) m.
  3. Line product for girders depth (0.85) m.

D. Machinery dep
